1. Who we are

Karobar365 (“Karobar365”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides industry-focused business software for Indian SMEs. Our marketing website is karobar365.com. Product applications (for example Stone Crusher CRM at stone.karobar365.com) are operated under the Karobar365 brand.

For privacy questions, contact us at support@karobar365.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • visitors to Karobar365 marketing pages;
  • organization admins, managers, and other authorized users of Karobar365 products (web and mobile);
  • people who contact us for demos, support, or sales.

Customer business data entered into a product (for example customer ledgers, invoices, or worker records) is processed on behalf of the subscribing organization. That organization remains the controller of its operational data; we act as a service provider / processor for that data.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account and profile information

  • name, email address, phone number (where provided);
  • organization and firm details;
  • login credentials and authentication data;
  • role and permission settings within the product.

3.2 Business / operational data

Depending on the product modules you use, this may include customers, vendors, products, sales orders, invoices, payments, expenses, vehicles, workers, attendance, notes, attachments, and related records that your organization chooses to store in the service.

3.3 Usage, device, and technical data

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system;
  • pages visited, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP;
  • log data, diagnostic events, crash or error reports;
  • mobile push-notification tokens (if you enable notifications).

3.4 Communications

Messages you send us (email, forms, support requests), including demo or waitlist inquiries.

3.5 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session security, preference storage (for example language), and product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent login or core features from working.

4. How we use information

  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve Karobar365 products and websites;
  • to authenticate users and manage organizations, firms, and access permissions;
  • to process and display the business data your organization stores in the service;
  • to send transactional messages (for example password changes, system notices);
  • to respond to demo, sales, and support requests;
  • to monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents;
  • to comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use;
  • with consent or where otherwise permitted, to send product updates or marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing emails).

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on the context and applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies), we process personal data based on one or more of: consent; performance of a contract with you or your organization; legitimate use necessary for providing the service and securing it; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us host, email, monitor, analyze, or support the service (under contractual confidentiality and processing limits);
  • Your organization — admins and authorized users can access data within their tenant according to their permissions;
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to continued privacy protections.

7. Analytics

We may use product analytics tools to understand feature usage and improve reliability. Analytics events are used for service improvement and are not sold to third-party advertisers.

8. International transfers and hosting

Karobar365 is operated for customers in India. Infrastructure or subprocessors may process data in India or other countries. Where cross-border transfers occur, we take reasonable contractual and organizational measures consistent with applicable law.

9. Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or account, and thereafter for a limited period as needed for backups, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to our Terms, technical constraints, and legal retention requirements.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect account credentials.

11. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access or correct personal information we hold about you;
  • request deletion or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based;
  • ask questions about how we process your personal data.

Organization users should first contact their organization admin for access or correction of business records. For account-level privacy requests, email support@karobar365.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

12. Children’s privacy

Karobar365 products are designed for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Third-party links and apps

Our sites or apps may link to third-party services (for example app stores). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
